Mr. Michael Lofy has 30+ years of business experience encompassing project management, business process re-engineering for HR processes, systems planning, software selection, and system implementation, including full SDLC. He has worked in the public sector at the State, County and City levels and has worked in the manufacturing, health care, financial services, energy, and food industries. Mr. Lofy is also certified in PeopleSoft HCM, Workday Core HCM and Workday Project Management.

Mr. Lofy has focused his experience in the areas of Project Management, specifically Human Resources, Payroll and Timekeeping systems. Mr. Lofy has managed over 20+ HR, Payroll and Timekeeping implementations, has been instrumental in the start-up of two PeopleSoft HRMS implementation teams within established consulting firms, and has successfully managed the development of two computerized work measurement systems. He has hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM Core HR, Benefits, Position Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Health and Safety.
